My father served with 1st Battalion 7th Cavalry 1969-1970...Robert O'Neill from Brooklyn, NY. When he left Vietnam I know he served a short time in a tank unit as a SGT. in Kentucky. My father never talks about his experiences during this time but I know he would like to hear from some of the men he served with. Please email me if you recognize the name. Hi,
I got a note from Bob Kon about info of being in
B,1/7 Cav. well he was right! I was totally off guard
when i got this notice in my snail mail.
Sorry I don't have any pic's of me in Nam I think my parents have some. I'll have to write to them and ask them to send me the pics so I can send them to you.
i guess this is fitting being almost July the 4th. Of course I think of Nam and the Company on a daily basis, and relive those events as well wished I didn't but I do.

My brother-in-law was KIA in Vietnam...Ben Bliss..I am searching for one of the medicas..Kevin Ryan..I have loated and spoke with most all of his platoon...It is wonderful. We have a deep respect for all who fought..the family of Ben Bliss PFC....

great site. I spent time with B company as 3-6, 1-6, 5, 4-6 and 6 from 1968 to 1969 then moved to HHC 1/7 as red baron 3 alpha.
